  We went in on a Saturday to test out some mattresses and get an idea of what we might want. Brady was super helpful and had a lot of valuable information, without being pushy or overbearing. We narrowed it down to 2 mattresses, but decided to stop at another place just to be sure we were making the right choice. We weren't in that store more than 10 minutes before we knew we'd be going back to Mattress Firm! Went back on Sunday to test out our 2 options and finally settled on one (after more great information from Michael as well). The order process was smooth and our delivery date is set for less than 1.5 weeks after purchase. Brady and Michael were both very easy to work with and made us feel comfortable and confident with our decision. The company also offers an exchange option if we should end up needing a different mattress (no penalty to us, just an additional delivery fee which is only $80), so that gave us even more confidence. We'd highly recommend going there and can't wait to get our new bed in a few days!
